    I have been practicing yoga since the 1990s and trained to become a teacher with Shakti Power Yoga, a registered Yoga Alliance school, qualifying in December 2011. I teach Vinyasa, Dynamic, Power, Ashtanga and Yin yoga. I adapt classes to the needs or the level of participants. I teach in workplaces and have a studio in Ealing Broadway for group classes and private sessions. I teach a huge variety of people; from beginners to advanced yogis, from athletes to people with health concerns.

    I’m incredibly happy to report that my teacher, Valentina Candiani, will be joining us and teaching the afternoon workshops. She will cover popular workshop content such as jump-throughs and transitions and also take sessions on Pranayama, meditation and philosophy.     Start your day with a Sunrise Ashtanga class with Tania on the 360 views terrace of Porto Delfino. Enjoy your practise overlooking the magical views of Kapsali bay.
    In the afternoon Valentina will lead daily workshops and the themes that will be covered are: 1. The background of yoga / Breathing, Meditation and visualisation 2. Principles of Vinyasa / Practice with inner alignment, breath and bandhas 3. Acro Yoga and Arm Balancing / Fun yoga 4. Transitions
    Night candle lit Yin sessions under the sky on the rooftop of Porto Delfino. Enjoy a unique experience under the stars!
