    Daria has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching for the last 7 years. She is a Hatha and Anusara Elements yoga teacher and also a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga teacher. She mainly teaches in private sessions and groups.Yoga classes are adaptable to all levels and the needs of the participants. During the last three years, she has also been teaching yoga and meditation to kids.
